Scanning Your Document
1. Use the App: Open your chosen OCR app and select the option to scan a new document.
2. Follow App Instructions: Each app will guide you through the process. Typically, you will need to take a photo of your document or choose an existing photo from your gallery.
3. Review and Edit: After scanning, review the text recognized by the OCR software. Make any necessary corrections to ensure the accuracy of the text.
Uploading Your Document Once your document is digitized:
1. Save the File: Save the OCR-processed file in a compatible format such as PDF or DOCX.
2. Upload to [MySleep.ai]: Follow the instructions on our Sleep Diary or Wearables and Nearables website pages to upload your digital sleep diary or sleep tracker file.
Tips for Best Results • High Contrast: Use black ink on white paper for handwritten diaries to increase contrast and improve OCR accuracy. • Regular Maintenance: Keep your scanner lens or camera clean to avoid spots or blurs on scanned images.
Wearables & Nearables
Use Google Health Connect which is an Android platform that acts as a unified hub allowing users to consolidate data from various health apps including:
Samsung Health
Fitbit
Google Fit
Oura
Whoop
Sleep data can be exported as a ZIP File and extracted as a JSON file that can then be submitted to stg-infotrustconcierge-migration.kinsta.cloud using its Upload Sleep Tracker protocol.

Use the Apple Health app for Apple devices
Open the Health App: On your iPhone, launch the Health app.
Navigate to Sleep Data:
Tap on the “Browse” tab.
Select “Sleep.”
Export Sleep Data:
Scroll to the bottom and tap on “Data Sources & Access.”
Choose your device from the list, for example Apple Watch.
Scroll down and select “Export All Data.”
Follow the prompts to export your sleep data, which will be saved as a ZIP file containing XML files which you must unzip.
Upload the unzipped XML files to stg-infotrustconcierge-migration.kinsta.cloud using Upload Sleep Tracker.
Non Apple devices that can sync with Apple Health to track your sleep data include
Apple Watch: Tracks sleep stages, heart rate, and more.
Beddit Sleep Monitor: A device you place under your sheet to monitor sleep patterns.
Withings Sleep Analyzer: Provides detailed sleep analysis, including sleep cycles and snoring detection.

Use Garmin Connect for devices such as Venu 2
Access Garmin Connect: Log in to your Garmin Connect account via a web browser.
Navigate to Sleep Data:
Click on “Reports” in the sidebar.
Select “Wellness” and then “Sleep.”
Export Data:
Choose the desired date range.
Click on the export icon to download the data in CSV format.

Visit Garmin’s Data Management page.
Click on “Request Data Export.”

Import Functionality: The exported data can be imported back into Health Connect when needed.

Use the Oura App
Open the Oura App: Ensure your ring is synced.
Navigate to Sleep Data:
Tap on the sleep tab to view your sleep details.
Export Data:
Go to the main menu and select “Settings.”
Scroll down to “Account” and choose “Export Data.”
Follow the prompts to receive your data via email.

Export Data:

Choose “Export” and select “GPX” format.
Save the file and then upload the GPX files to stg-infotrustconcierge-migration.kinsta.cloud using Upload Sleep Tracker.
